The Central East Region of the Pennsylvania Knights of Columbus
The Jurisdiction of the State of Pennsylvania of the Knights of Columbus is divided into five Regions or Caucuses. They are the East, Northeast, Central East, Central West and West.
Districts 60 and 61 in Lancaster County are in the Central East Region.
The Central East Region serves the 21 Districts in the Harrisburg and Altoona/Johnstown Diocese.
